Welcome to BICRUN! Before you hit the track, let's go over some important rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please read through the following guidelines carefully

  1. The BIC Fun Run 7K will commence at 6:30 AM sharp.
  2. Participants must wear the provided attributes by the committee, including:
    • T-shirt
    • BIB (Chest Number)
  3. The BIB number must be affixed to the front of the participant’s body and clearly visible from the start line to the finish line.
  4. There will be winner categories as follows:
    • Under 25 Years (Male): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • Under 25 Years (Female): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • 25 – 35 Years (Male): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • 25 – 35 Years (Female): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • 36 – 45 Years (Male): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • 36 – 45 Years (Female): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • Above 45 Years (Male): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
    • Above 45 Years (Female): 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
  5. Participants will be escorted by the police, transportation department, and marshals from the event organizer.
  6. Participants confirm that they are physically and medically capable of participating in the BIC Fun Run 7K and agree to be fully responsible for their actions. Participants acknowledge that if any medical or physical conditions arise before the event that may affect their ability to participate, they will withdraw.
  7. The committee is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings or materials that occur during the BIC Fun Run 7K event.
  8. The committee is not responsible for the cancellation of the event due to force majeure, and participants cannot hold the committee liable for the cancellation.
  9. The committee’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
  10. In the event of disturbances or unwanted incidents during the event, the committee will hand over security authority to the authorities. The committee is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the cancellation of the event due to disturbances.
  11. Participants with special medical conditions are responsible for their own well-being. The committee only provides ambulance services for assistance, but is not responsible for any incurred treatment costs.
  12. The BIC Fun Run 7K committee does not provide insurance coverage. Therefore, any incidents resulting from medical conditions are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
